Update none of these people mentioned are still here they all quit. This place has rapidly declinded over the yrs especially when RKW took over. Now they are saying when your lease is up you have to move..They stated that they are getting torn down but still advertising for apartment openings in the Fall? Hmmm. David has been the best maintenance person, always congenial & prompt with service. He definitely deserves a raise!!! Tonia is Excellent she is extremely friendly and always makes sure your needs are heard and addressed. The Crest team is a Great team. Always doing fun activities 4 the community.. maintenance are always on top of it! Almost 2 yrs and we love it!!

Just read they're getting ready to renovate those apartments they're 55 years old that everyone has been given 60 days to move they need to build more Affordable Housing for Seniors they're building all the Apartments Noone can afford Good Luck finding something you can afford everything is so high and too expensive

I only lived here because it was convenient for our jobs. They don't fix anything. If they do it takes weeks, because they need an outside vendor. Had a water heater bust still living with mold they came while I was out an painted over it instead. The whole storage unit is still molded. Next door neighbor had a leak my whole living room carpet was soaked over in the corners it molded, they did nothing. They been bought over 3 times that I know of this last time they kicked everyone out stating community renovation when in fact they are still renting. Requiring people to move while still paying full rent with no amenities. They tore down laundry, pool and can't half way use the gym. The office staff is very rude. Beware don't the the big rooms fool you.
