        Roaches come out of the drains EVERY night (kitchen, tub and bathroom sinks). Cracks in the walls. Thin walls and floors so you can hear all of your neighbors. If I vacuum or cook the downstairs neighbor bangs on the walls like a maniac. The complex and newer units look great, but its still thin walls and caked up layers of paint covering whats underneath.
