Chain restaurant offering quick but fresh cooked Chinese dishes. Staff is friendly but service takes time due to everything being prepared fresh.

First, we walked into the dining room and every booth was dirty so we couldn’t sit down. After waiting about 20 minutes the waitress brought our food. The order s were mixed up, one with rice and no garlic, one with cauliflower rice and garlic. Both things were switched. We tried it anyhow and both plates were stone cold. Won’t be going back. I could have dealt with the mistake but not the level of uncleanliness. They weren’t busy at all and no one ever came out to clean the tables and booths.
