        Horrible food. Have been coming here for 8 years.This place has always been great for Chinese food, but tonight that atmosphere has changed. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Food was tasteless, chicken was hard and overcooked. I packed up the food, brought food back, and was told I couldn't get a refund. Was told they don't do refunds, even though food was inedible. Will not come back. Save your $70 and go somewhere else.

        Bought $67 worth of food and tried to return it all. Sweet and sour chicken was over cooked. General Tsos tasted like orange chicken. Crab rongoon was tough and dumplings were terrible. We have been coming here for 8 years and for 1 bad experience, we are told we can't get a full refund? What kind of business does this? They actually told us the dumplings were premade. Yuck. Used to be excellent, now, never again.

      Thank you for your critical feedback following the previous critical feedback. It is true that the restaurant does not provide food refund. But partial refund may be provided for certain items that may not meet up to customer standards. That being said, we believe that the possibility that every of the items in order to be “inedible” is highly unlikely. This is because Orient Garden aims to provide the best quality food and service for all of our customers, no matter if it’s 20 years ago or 20 years later.
