        We thought Billy & his team were awesome! We got a new Trane HVAC unit installed (4/2022) up in our ceiling space. We had a few minor problems. I believe you can always tell good people/business when theres a problem and how they react & fix the problem. Billy was on it. He answered all calls & texts immediately (after hours too). Not once did I feel like I couldnt call! When I hadnt called for a week, he called and checked to make sure all was still going well. Its been 5 months and running 100% perfect all summer. My electric bill even went down month per month compared to the past couple years. Also, we got 5 different estimates from 2 large businesses & 3 local, Taylors HVAC was the best estimate of the 5! Ive called several different AC repair places in the past, but never again! I will only call Billy Taylor! I trust him wholeheartedly! Service: Install AC
