AD Slater Mechanical

RUN from this company. They installed my HVAC system when I built my house. From the start I had a problem with the A/C part because the coils in the air handler kept freezing. In the small bathroom and the other on the other side of the door in my FROG. In my upstairs they installed 2 vents less then 6" away from each other. ! When I told AD Slater about the condensation when it was running, the technician said I should close the door because they already but in the duct work. They came 2 times while it was under warranty and when the problem continued after my 1 year warranty was up, they refused to come and do the right thing. After speaking with my neighbors we found out mostly everyone had a problem from the wiring being reversed so when you ask for A/C the heat came on and vice/versa. I called in O'Briens in May to find out that dampness were not installed and other's missing, our flow sensors, etc... I have now spent almost $1,000 to fix a problem they should have done!! I have tried to talk to my builder and they only point the finger at this poorly run company. I posted the videos and the photo of the vents. To the people of this company, I have reached out to you numerous times now I wait to see if you will contact me since you do have my information to see if you will do the right thing and I will let everyone know that you are upstanding professionals. If you want me to post the receipts I paid to O'Briens, I will to show them I'm not lying. Also, my A/C is running like a dream and my compressor is running quieter as well. The techs are excellent. Professional, competent, concerned, and prompt. I am on my third year of their annual maintenance plan for my heat pump and two mini-splits. Great value for outstanding service.
