The most reliable bank with the best staff of any bank I've ever dealt with. During a time when my accounts in other banks were hit by many instances of identity theft and bank fraud, HT caught and prevented *every* attack. I moved all my business to HT and it's well worth it. My only criticism is that I don't like the periodic rotation of staff; I liked it best when I knew the entire staff and they knew me - it made banking easier and more pleasant. I sincerely hope that HT grows and prospers but never becomes a megalith monster bank that is so self-important that we customers become depersonalized. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

This bank is just unreasonable. My fiancé has been a member of this bank for quite awhile. His friends IRS funds went in his bank account and this bank allowed it to happen three times. This was during the period of refund checks, stimulus checks and me putting money in his account. We tried to rectify the situation and work with the bank for them to send the money back to the irs as a refund, so the funds can go to the right person and we would pay the bank back with no problems. They decided not to give a refund back to the IRS and requested that we take care of it with the accountant and my fiancé friend whose money went in his account. I asked the manager specifically if my fiancé account would remain open with no problem and she said yes. She ensured me that his account would remain open. The next day she sent my fiancé an email and closed it. She completed lied to me and closed an account that I help provide funding to support he and his family in Jamaica and she knows this. She is not a compassionate person and told a lie. How can you trust a person who works at a bank dealing with money who lies? I plan on going further as I feel like we have been treated unfairly due my fiancé immigration status and race. I regret that he had account with this bank and we have been unfairly treated. I will never patronize this bank… not trust worthy at all. I really tried to work with them as all parties were at fault all parties, but we get treated as the criminal as like we did something wrong. I want to talk with the CEO of this bank and read that he is a board member at UW as I was too. I will make every effort to make sure something is done and want an apology to my fiancé and myself for the lie.
