        I have had a business account with this bank for almost 3 years. I deposited a check today from a client that they put an arbitrary 9 day hold on. This hold means that I will be late paying out sub-vendors and contractors, which affects my reputation as well as incurs late fees. I made them aware of this at the branch and they chose not to expedite the process, despite having the ability to. I will be closing my account as soon as possible, and recommend anyone with a business bank elsewhere. What a joke of a bank.

        So this is a first on bank fees. Leave it to FIRST bank, to be the first. Apparently, they charge a fee, if your bank statement is returned to them....smh! Needless to say, I closed my accounts
