    Made a reservation a week in advance. Was assured they open at 8am on sundays. Was able to make the reservation for Sunday at 8am. I have been sitting outside for over an hour waiting for someone to open the facility so I can rent a truck. Highly unprofessional. There also isn’t a number to get in contact with someone, just an automated service.

    I made a reservation online to pick up at this location, only to discover my uhaul truck was never available for pickup. I wonder if they still claim "we make moving easy" when there is no truck to pick up after hours. Long wait time on hold and luis the person I was supposed to reach out never got back to me.

    Stay far away from this location. I rent U-Huals for my business weekly and the location is all about grabbing charges and fees. I sensed something was different when the cheery, but disingenuous facility manager Sherine Reid made it an extra point to highlight all of the extra charges and warn me I'll be charged hundreds for any damage to the vehicle. I chose not to take the added protection which is almost the same price as the daily vehicle rental since it was a local move. I looked at the vehicle with her and pointed out ripped seats, peeling steering wheel, peeled outside paint, but she indicated that is just wear. I guess it was simply a way of setting me at ease. My mistake. Despite feeling uncertain and uncomfortable, I rented the truck as I had to get on with my day, but when I returned it, I wanted to get it cleared before I left and pointed out full gas tank and that the handle on the side of the back came out at the bottom when I tried to grab it and lift myself up and that I popped it back in. It was a weak point of a poorly cared for truck and didn't look like it was anchored vs. other trucks on the site. Well, that gave Sherine a way to directly charge me for damage to a truck that also had the roof ripped off that I pointed out when I took it. She indicated that my keen sense of sight should have picked up the weak handle when I took it out, but when I commented that I just noticed a number of other damages and that I can't believe she would attempt to charge me for damage to a vehicle with a litany of issues, she just commented that she was "doing her job when other locations weren't". Well, that bit of entitlement seems to be prevalent these days with poor customer service or worse, awful attempts to pick clients pockets like in this case. She and her colleague then went about mumbling about me as if how dare I complain about this charge she was to apply for damage to this vehicle. I should have fallen down and then sued U-haul for pain and suffering, but that isn't my style, vs. hers. I asked a couple of times while she went about taking pictures, (which I did as well) of the handle back in it's slots, but she indicated it was still damaged despite all of the other damage, peeling paint etc... that I pointed out. She then did the next entitled worker thing, which was to ignore me completely and when I asked if I should stick around, she said it was my choice, taking up the belligerent style also typical of this type of employee. After almost half an hour and being on the phone with U-Haul corporate, I decided to leave and get on with my day and not let this person anger me for her ridiculous effort to extract money from me. Bottom line, stay far away from Serine Reid and her colleague and Storage FOx U-Haul locations. If this is the way they approach rentals of poorly serviced vehicles and try to extract money from clients for any little thing, relevant or not and employ loathsome people Like Ms. Reid, do yourself a favor and avoid any headaches that you know will happen.

    Terrible!!! Made a reservation for 8am at this location for a trailer, got to the location on time just to find out there is no trailer there then had to go all the way to the Bronx without any notice beforehand. Was late to what I actually needed the trailer for. Never signed a single paper, was not helped with attaching the trailer to the vehicle, no employees looked over the trailer with me for damages, was not given any instructions regarding returning the trailer; returned the trailer to the original location where I actually reserved it and was charged $350 for returning it to the "wrong" location. Been a Uhaul customer for 15+ years and will never give them another dollar. Absolutely horrible, customer service is even worse, when I called to question the UNAUTHORIZED $350 charge to my account I was told they were going to look into it and call me back which never happened but they decided to charge an additional $27. STAY AWAY!!!!!
