        The truck was extremely run down and the fuel economy was horrendous. The 15' truck I rented achieved approximately 6.6 miles per gallon. And to make matters worse, when was given the truck, it only had of a tank of fuel. I had to immediately drive to a gas station so that I wouldn't run out of gas before getting g to my destination. I think U-Haul needs to do better than this.

        It's nice that everything is well-systemized. However, there are many inconveniences for those who frequently use the system. 1) Take a photo of my face every time. 2) Take a photo of my drivers license every time 3) Every time, I ask for information about me and my partner. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
