        Horrible Service! Do not book ever! Had my husband and toddler waiting more than 4hrs. Kept saying they were coming and they eventually cancelled on us! Beyond terrible.

        Very rude hung up the phone since ALLSTATE cancelled ... they wanted to send over the wrong type of tow truck

        If i could rate with no star i would cuz on the forth of july my calipers and when the guy the came and pick up my broke my oil pan and i never got my car fixed i had to paid for it myself thank you jnr towing dont use them they break your can and they never call you back dont used them they are a bunch of thief #STAY AWAY FROM THEM
