Bad business. My husband's car was suppose to be picked up on 1/27/2020. It was not picked up until 1/29/2020. They guaranteed us the car would be delivered by 1/30/2020 and was no delivered. We had to rent a car and drive an hour, now we can not get in touch with anyone and we do not have our vehicle. The driver was rude and spoke to my husband unprofessionally. We are unable to reach ANYONE about our car. We are out of pocket for a rental car and will have to drive another hour to pick the car up when it finally is delivered. I would not recommend this company at all. Customer service is horrible and we be reporting them to the BBB.

They did. Not show. Up on time. A driver was so post to be qt my house on Monday and never. Showed up and when I tried to cancel they wanted to charge me 250$ to cancel

Would not recommend. They have a lot of terrible reviews on BBB, yelp, and consumer affairs. Wish i read them before my husband tried to go with this company. What happened was we set up for them to pick the car up at the hotel we’re staying at before we fly out. Turns out....they wanted us to drive the car an hour away from where we agreed on. How’s he supposed to get back when they have the car?? I didn’t trust that he’d be reimbursed for a lyft based on the other reviews. Now we will have to fight the cancellation fee.

Amazing people! My first time moving a car and I was lied to by another company and when I called 123 Auto Transport LLC Jonathan was amazing!!! He helped me out so much and really took his time to explain how everything works. Such a nice person. He said no surprises and no gimmicks and he was right. Everything went as planned and he was able to give me the best price even though I was in a bit of a rush. Huge thank you to you guys and if you're thinking of moving your car you NEED to call 123 Auto Transport!!!
