I am extremely disappointed in this company. I purchased a bedroom set for my new home on December 11, 2020. It is now March 8, 2021 and I have not received my items. Initially, during the ordering process, it was understood that there may be delays, because of COVID. However, after many communications, stating there was a problem with the order, or the warehouse did not have ALL the items, we kept getting told it will be another two weeks. MULTIPLE TIMES. We were even given the opportunity to pick another set. Every set we wanted was on backorder. I have since ordered from another company and my item is out for shipment, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Upon my request to cancel the order with Luther Sales, the operations manager goes on to explain that because the order FINALLY has shipped from the vendor to the warehouse, and they are at a loss if I cancel, I am subject to a 15% restocking fee. He also goes on to explain that he would be the only person to rectify my issue, and there is no one else I could call. Laughable. I get it. Trust me I do. However, this is not my first rodeo, and am very upset that Luther Sales treats it's customers this way. I have made payments for something I do not have. I urge you to STAY AWAY!
