What an horrible 1st impression the client before me was in a pych emergency with ems there. The front desk ladies are just staring at the commotion. I get In to my appt late the provider automatically assumes I'm Manic based on my speech I am having an anxiety attack. Then they did not refill any of my medications like they said they will do.
What a waste of time and space.

I was at ECMC CPEP, and upon discharge I knew I needed to find a psychiatrist.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks.
I have found Williamsville Psychiatric to be a fine establishment.
I see Cheneen, the nurse practitioner.
She is through and kind.
Knock on wood, I haven't had any problems with the front office staff.
If I have to reschedule an appointment, it's easy. And if I need refills of medication, I use the patient portal.
After 7 months of being on the correct medication I feel much better.

The office is seldom available to answer calls. I wait on line for10 mins being caller no 2 5hen I call back right away and I'm caller no. 1 it then goes straight to voice mail. I call back right away and I'm caller no 5. What is this?

Was suppose to have a telehealth appointment today at 10am waited for 40 minutes for the doctor to join the virtual called the office twice
was just told to wait for the doctor to join it's my first telehealth visit and I'm a new patient going to look for a new doctor so unprofessional

They over medicated me. I asked them wondering why, then they dropped me as a patient. My primary Dr told me what would happen if theyre medically involved or just pushing alot of patients $$$. Since they told me how I felt and never asked any important questions, i knew it was the latter, verbatim. Always accepting new patients, providers always leaving, always in a rush. My Dr. directed me here for other patients experiences, so here's mine.
