I ordered Halo extensions from this business. Shari was the stylist who did my consultation and ordered them for me. I have no issue with the extensions. The color matches perfectly. The issue I have is with how rude and weird the stylist Shari acts. During my initial consultation on September 1st, she was briefly complaining to me about previous appointments she had and how someone annoyed her for some reason or another. I'd never met her before in my life, so I found this a little odd and unprofessional. She also made a comment about how fast she is at her job because she's so good at it, which also seemed weird but whatever. Regardless, I went ahead and ordered the Halo because I was in a hurry to get it and the color swatch she showed me matched perfectly and I didn't want to choose it myself online and pick the wrong color. Today when I went to pick up the extensions, she helped me put the piece in and I said I was excited because I didn't know if it was going to match but it did perfectly. And she said "Yeah, I didn't know if it would match your faded a** hair color." That is an exact quote, no exaggeration or misinterpretation. I told her I haven't colored my hair in over five years and this is my natural hair color. I was so stunned and embarrassed that I kind of just laughed and then I left. But I've never been spoken to in such a disrespectful manner by anyone at any salon (or in any kind of personal care/service industry place of business at all). I have no idea why she said that or what would possess someone to be so rude and mean. I like the extensions, but if I want them cut or need help with anything else, I definitely won't be back to this place again. Shari has been abrasive toward me and others both times I've been there (and I was only there for about ten minutes the first time and less than five minutes the second). I'm sure she would have some sort of sarcastic and condescending reply to this review, but seriously - this lady seems to be good with hair but probably not good at life and definitely not good with people.

Alon my for trip Amanda did a great job on my hair and did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't get in with her, my second visit unfortunately Nick did not listen to what I wanted and ended up giving me an inverted bob and I even specifically told him I still wanted to do a ponytail and he has very large hands and it was uncomfortable while he was washing my hair and he made my hair so short in the back that the hair dryer was burning my ears. The cut looks nice but it's not at all what I wanted and showed him. I specifically wanted it to flare out and be able to do wave curls. I did received my first facial it was heaven I highly recommend Maggie she was a delight and so kind.
