Long story short, the individual assigned to come to the house went next door instead of my house. I am a bit confused as to how this could happen. The addresses on both houses are labeled as clear as day.(You cannot miss it, seriously) Additionally, it is safe to assume this person went up to the home twice. First to knock, then to place a card in the mailbox stating he missed us. How could they miss an address twice?!? Also, why wasn't a courtesy phone call made?
Very annoyed as the one thing you could never get back is time. The window for them to come was 2 hours. Important arrangements were made on our part to be home. What a way to begin with a customer.
