Air Rite Heating Cooling

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Sears outsource the work to this company that does not have an office, or website or can provide a NY State Lic number. They came to my house and refused to fix the issue with our boiler unless they performed "A CLEANING SERVICE" Which they wanted $250 CASH for then finally negotiated to $200 cash because they held us hostage basically refusing to turn on our heat on sub freezing temperatures outside. Called up Sears and they refused to step in. No call backs from Air Rite and they even blocked my cell phone number.. DONT TRUST THIS SHADY COMPANY

I have warranty co. that hooked me up with this company. I told them what my problem was and he wanted to substitute with a cheaper part. I told him that I want the oem part that's on it and told me that he didn't want the job before even looking at it nasty person. I should have looked at the reviews first not 1 half way decent review.

This is an absolutely HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! Poor-Fair doesn't begin to describe them. Do not use them!! This is the 2nd time they scheduled an appointment and didn't show up. No call,no text no communication. I called and texted them~still nothing. Don't waste time and effort with this business~you will be totally disappointed.

We had used this company previously. Last summer we called them and they were on vacation during a heat wave and would not be able to get to us. Since the company we used was instead was so expensive we attempted to contact them again this year. My mother was also having a problem with her AC unit. We both called them within a day of each other and never received telephone calls back. The don't care about customer service, some way to run a business.

They really need a terrible to poor option for this company, Because they defiantly don't rate "fair". Our AC went down and our insurance organized for Air Rite to come out to fix. The tech spoke with my wife who has chronic Breathing problems and has been hospitalized in the past. The heat throws her into a spin and the Tech assured us they would be there at the specified time they gave us. We were suppose to be at a wedding and changed our plans as we new this was very important. They never showed up. My wife rang and rang leaving numerous messages and still nobody even bothered to ring us Back. This company is TERRIBLE. How they are still in Business i have no clue. Avoid these clowns like the Plague.They couldn't even be bothered to make a 30 second phone call to let us know they weren't coming.
