Have you ever stayed in a room that was damp? Ever sit on a chair or lay on a damp bed? It's a pretty awful experience. I complained to the front desk in the morning, and they only said sorry and they'd tell maintenance. I have no plans to come back. Also, the sheets didn't quite fit the bed and kept coming off the corners until we gave up on them, the bed was extremely, uncomfortably soft, and the dust bunnies under the bed have been growing for years.

Great location, close to town, wineries and the state park, but a bit close to the road so it was noisy. The room was outdated, not the cleanest floor, some things were broken. This standard room came with a tiny fridge, no microwave, that was disappointing. The motel had nice scenery, comfortable rocking chairs on the porch, it just basically needs an overhaul and some major room renovations.
