Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the service. It shows that your company cares about the service you give to customers. 1. The technician said I needed Freon and added the charge without first letting the customer know that there will be an additional charge because he said I was low on Freon. No one likes those monetary surprises. Let the customer know first. 2. I had to ask the technician if he would please check on/change the main filter. I should not have to ask, as I believe it is included with a checkup. 3. Thank you for not recommending that I need a thorough condenser & Evaporator coil cleaning because the technician said everything looks good. Last year another company wanted to charge me another $1100 for that service even though I had it done one year prior. 4. All in all the technician was courteous. These are just minor customer service issues that can be easily addressed in this business world.

For over 16 years, I have received exemplary equipment and service from Air Design. Whenever I had needed maintenance or repairs to my central air system and heat pump (and A/C before the upgrade), they have been there in a timely manner to ensure my continued comfort. The system has saved me thousands of dollars in heating oil costs and the convenience of a centralized unit throughout the house all year round. The owners and personnel have never failed to be other than professional, honest, courteous, and accommodating. I look forward to many more years of business with Air Design.

The Air Design Team has probably the best customer service approach I have dealt with. they answer all my questions and deliver efficiently and effectively. Would recommend them for any HVAC needs!
