I called Rheem Customer Service because I have a brand new gas water heater that no longer produced hot water. Rheem sent the Pipe Doctor the assignment and Mike showed up around 10:15am. He installed a new burner part within 90 minutes and had the water heater up and running. He called Rheem Customer Service to update them on the repair because if it breaks again, then I would get a new gas water heater. Thank you, Mike!

I'm a bit disappointed with my experience. While the technician was friendly, the repair they did on my plumbing issue didn't hold up well, and I had to call them again for the same problem. It's frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't fully resolve the issue. Hoping for better results next time.

The visit of the master was postponed twice and at the same time no one asked whether it would be convenient for me. If you do not have time to serve customers on time, then why make an appointment with them. Terrible service. Service: Heating system repair
