        For those of you he has helped, I'm happy for you. If you are a new patient, please seek help elsewhere. Very frustrating three year experience. Over-medicates. Try New Hartford Psych instead.

        Absolute waste of time. Literally doesn't call back on time and can't do his job. Any reputable doctor would at least try

        Tried to set up an appointment as a new patient and not once got a call back. I left message after message and talked to the secretary to set up an appointment for over a month never got anywhere and finally gave up. She also was very rude and hung up on me after I politely asked why I was being brushed off.

        He is a wonderful doctor but does not answer calls or keep telemedicine appointments in a timely manner....it might take days to get to you,,,very disorganized office staff
