I brought a family friend here for an appointment and he told me that the counselor and all the staff made him feel at ease and that they cared about him.

While therapy end was fine, the business aspect is the absolute worst. We chose DRN because they accepted our insurance. They were on the list from our insurance company to have coverage. We were assigned our therapist from the company and did not find out until months later that she was not covered by our insurance. We were never notified before hand and disputed with our insurance company. Now we have a large bill due to the company's lack of communication and documentation. The owner accused us of getting an Insurance check and not reimbursing his business for the services rendered. Never was there a receptionist at the desk when we arrived for appointments to even talk with about the matter.
