Just had a very enjoyable dinner at L'Adour. The duck breast was done perfectly and the snapper was even better. Some restaurants feel they have to overpower the taste of a fish. The chef enhanced the flavor of the snapper with a mild but delicious sauce served over a bed of zuchinni, again perfectly sauteed. For appetizers I had the burgundy snails in garlic and parsely butter. Yummy escargot! Barb had a goat cheese salad. After some deliberation, since portions were large, we decided to try the chocolate mousse for desert, which with the remains of a bottle of bordeaux was a great way to end the evening. I have a gluten problem and the whole dinner was served gluten free, including the bread as we waited for dinner! Decor is unpresumtuous but romantic with tables surrounding central bar. Our waitress was great, bringing fresh silverware after I dropped mine on the floor (OK, that was American of me). We don't dine out often since we are both fairly good cooks, but I'd highly recommend L'Adour.

Nice atmosphere, a few locals at the bar, friendly staff and excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would go again.

A lot of mixed experiences here, but the food is always good (though not typical "American-version-of-light-French-cuisine," if that's what you're looking for... This is authentic!) and the staff are attentive. Occasionally feel hurried out, even when there are no patrons waiting. Often a Sunday Brunch favorite.

Brunch is a real treat, I highly recommended getting the pastry basket.
