    Hated their service is the least that I can say. I had a problem with my front driver side tire, Went there 2 times. Each time, there was a different reason for not fixing my car. Front Desk is not professional or customer service oriented, waiting line is enormous, and also the place needs a clean up job. Never going there again and spreading the word to my family and friends. i.e. Two of the people that we were in Sears Auto went to Pep Boys just like me. One of them had a flat tire and his tire was replaced and no alignment was done after installing the new tire.

    i dropped the car early in morning 8.45am and they said will call me for break estimate, a gentleman call at 10am and asked about wheel lock. i told him the compartment under radio and he said will me back. then I called then 3 time all time somebody said he will call back all day has passed and ultimately one person said we did not find lock***and ruin my all day. very irresponsible

    They charged me for all of the work I requested and did none of it. They didn't change my oil or align my tires. Don't know what they did do since they had my car for a whole day, but it wasn't anything I paid for.

    6th time here and the prices are decent. I've been in customer service for a very long time therefore, it's not hard to spot which department causes an organization harm. The individuals on the sales floor know what they are doing, they assist you and walk out to your car and talk about different options. It's when the techs step into your car that ruins the experience and is hurting Sears. Out of the 6 times I've been here, the techs have all been rough with my car.

    I used them twice and had a bad experience both times. The first time was for a brake pad install. I came back to the shop to pick up my car and found it parked it the Mall's public parking lot with my windows wide open. Okay, mistakes happen, so I decide to use them again yesterday to purchase and install new tires. They were suppose to call me when it was complete. After 3 hrs, I checked on the car and found it was done for more then an hour. Before I left, I noticed one of my new tires was low in air. I point it out to their mechanic and he just adds air to it. Doesn't check it for a leak of any kind. I wake up today and its now totally flat. The problem is obviously a poorly installed tire or valve. Either way, it shows how they don't care about you, the customer. Its the same "we don't care" mentality that left my car wide open in a public parking lot. Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
