        They have terrible service. There is a dark employee. I went to buy a tire and he treated me like a beggar. I thought it was just me but... NO! I think it's a charity. I hope they change personnel. It's not my fault they have a lousy salary.

        On 2/19/24 I took my Honda LX for repair to my dust cover underneath front of my car which came off due to ice at the end of driveway. Upon inspection the techs seen that my front brakes needed replacing and back breaks will be needing replacement very soon. He told me he had the parts and can do the job right now. I said yes and was out in less then 2hrs. Very grateful. I also witnessed the guy managing the front phones ordering parts scheduling appts and staying calm while irritate customers came and went. This guy was amazing. We talked about everything after the room was clear of customers. I told him they were wrong both customers were nasty rude and out of control. They walked in and wanted him to drop everything and forget everyone sitting and waiting and take them immediately. Great guy great showmanship and all while completely composed. Overall great performance and excellent service. Thank you techs at 2561 Hylan Blvd SI NY 10306 Great job!
