I ordered 2 paninis from here and a dozen donuts. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because the donuts were good. I ordered a grilled cheese panini and I got a cold cheese sandwich. The cheese wasnt melted it was just cheese with w pieces of bread. The steak and cheese panic was the same thing. Cold wasnt hot and good was thrown together with two pieces of bread. I called and complained and the guy said its how its made. Ive been to this establishment before and no its not how its made. He was nasty instead of saying come in and we will fix it. Save your money and dont buy the paninis.

Back when I was Canada I went to a few Tim Hortons and it was always good food and coffee. I was excited to show my friends what a great place this was when I went to visit my friends this weekend. Needless to say this place is a huge disappointment. The coffees did not have the any of the requested flavors added to it, it was not sweet at all. Aside from the French toast breakfast sandwiches the food was horrible. The hash browns were a pure crust of nothingness. They didn't give us one bacon egg and cheese sandwich as order but 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. It was a big disappointment all together.
