        The glaze and filling of their doughnuts is great, but the doughnuts themselves are awful. The only way I can describe it is that it's like biting into a wad of linen. They're thick and fibrous. Pastries should be light and fluffy. You should not ever have to tear them with your teeth. I have no idea how this place ever became a chain or grew to so many.
