terrible customer service and they never have my food. they always say i have to wait 10-20 minutes. they dont even have more than 5 costumers at once. the workers are rude and grumpy all the time. they show a lot of attitude while i try to be polite. its disgusting how anybody can tolerate that.

Obviously dont have high expectations its a fast food place but this KFC is the worst one Ive ever seen. Its disgusting and the customer service here is horrible. As others have mentioned, the older middle eastern woman is so rude. Went into the drive through and she was yelling for no apparent reason with a horrendous attitude. 0/10, save yourself the headache and go to Forest Ave...

KFC is fast food staple in the United States. The colonels secret blend of herbs and spices used to season the chicken is a great American mystery. Their chicken is absolutely delicious and the best part is the crispy juicy skin. The service at this establishment is quick provided they didn't run out of chicken recently
