I ordered 3 piece meal with 2 orders of mashed potatoes, got home and there was 4 containers of gravey and 1 biscuit in the box. No chicken or or potatoes. And it's 10 at night so they're closed. I've honestly never had an order that screwed up from anywhere in my life.

Will not come back at least for a while. They weren't busy so I decided to stop and get a chicken sandwich while on my way back to work. I had to go in cus my truck wouldn't fit in the drive thru. So I walk in and there is a chick talking Spanish to someone on the other line on her phone. So I walk up to the counter and she walked away. I was standing there for 2 min before one of the lady's cleaning the dining room came over and helped me. As she cashed me out the lady that was on the phone came back out and gave me my sandwich and I left. I don't care that she was on the phone, I just care that she didn't tell whomever was on the other line to wait a second so she can take my order. But instead she walked away. That's what bothered me. So if you plan on going here, don't go when they are not busy because people will walk away from you instead of taking your order.

I went to this kfclast night.they were a lot of customers. I waited for 15 min. With was not bad for the amount of customers. The crew was awsome the manager worked as fast as possible. She is what managers should be like.even they were slammed they were polite, friendly .I hope the owner of this franchise realizes the value of these employees. The face of KFC lakewood

Food was hot and good. But the customer service is terrible. I went through the drive through and the person running it was rude. Did not communicate but maybe 3 words and when I got my food she just handed it to me with no thank you have a good day or this is everything. Just handed it off. And when I said have a good day she didnt respond just gave me a look of displeasure. No silverware in my bag for my messy chili cheese dog.
