Dehn's Flowers

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers and card to be sent to someone local in Saratoga Springs. Nothing ever arrived. Looking for a refund.

I spoke with Rachel to order flowers for my very special Aunt's birthday. Rachel was so helpful. She was patient and did a wonderful job with the order. The flowers arrived earlier then I expected. Prompt service. The delivery person to extra care to be sure they stayed warm in the cold outdoors. The photo does not do them justice. They are so pretty in person. My Aunt was thrilled with the pumpkin holder. She will be using it again and again. Thank you Dehn's Flowers.

I do not recommend Dehns flowers. When you call the staff is extremely rude and off putting but if you come in they are sweet and nice to your face but you hear them talking about you as you leave. The plants are underwhelming and most of the time dead the only plants worth buying are the ones in the store but are extremely overpriced 75$ for plants I can spend 20$ on and make the same thing at home. The flower arrangements are absolutely gorgeous though. (Hence the extra star) just overall underwhelming and disappointing experience. Also they have so many greenhouses but such a limited selection of plants in the area behind the store. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
