Jan's Florist did an excellent job on the floral and balloon arrangements for our event this weekend in Saratoga Springs. I am out of state, so ordering on the phone was my only option. The customer service was excellent! The communications were very personable, and the prices were good. Follow through and delivery was more than we could have hoped for. Our group couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Thank you! We will be back!

I ordered for my cousin and they delivered on time, as ordered. They are reliable and the arrangement looked very similar to the picture. I would use this flower shop again.

The website is user friendly, pricing is fair, quality is great and delivery was extremely prompt! I even got an email from the staff when delivery was made which was a nice personal touch! 5 Stars! Thank you!

Could not have been a better experience from picking up the phone to having the flowers dropped off. The flowers were beautiful and the pricing was amazing!
