Simply awful. Once RRM bought the place and took over, things went downhill real quick. It started with the grass getting as tall as my knees before Josh, the property manager, bothered to have anyone mow it. Then, it took three months to get the heat working properly for the entire house, once the cold weather hit. The circuit breaker tripped out numerous times daily, as we were forced to buy and use space heaters in all units. Once they finally were able to get a professional in, instead of their own maintenance member, who didn't appear very knowledgeable, In order for the heat to work, I had to bleed the radiators multiple times a day. There was no cleaning to the outside of the property, as well as the inside (hallways, stairways etc). See attached pics. It took over a month, to get my shower in working order. In November, the paint on my dining room ceiling began peeling, and a hole started forming, which remained there until I moved out, for a total of 6 months, despite numerous calls to Josh and Ray (maintenance). We could not get the trash bins to the curb anytime there was snow, because there was no clear path made for us, nor was a shovel or salt provided, until I asked numerous times for them. The lock on the front door to the house broke, and took over a month to get replaced. Anybody had access to the house, and Josh did not find this concerning enough to make it a priority. The glass pane on the front door broke, allowing anybody access to the house, yet again, and took over a week to get fixed. They did not clean up the mess and left the glass pane broken in two, at the top of the basement stairs. Josh told me that he didn't find it concerning that his tenants didn't feel safe in his building. While they were showing the basement apartment, they just left it unlocked for people to come and look at it, 24/7, with nobody from the office watching them. The maintenance lead told me this himself, saying he didn't have time to show it. Again, allowing anybody access to the house. I believe this to be the reason that there are mice in the house, which as gone unaddressed for months as well. The door going to the laundry room from the outside, does not secure, and is always open, so anybody can still access the house, at any time. Josh hung up on me twice, and also attempted to block my phone number, when I started holding him accountable for the lack of prioritization. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional in my life. DO NOT RENT FROM RRM.

First of all, they were showing 1732 St Paul St apartment one for showing about a week ago & we've made this plan two weeks prior & I confirmed the showing via text message the night before. I got there an hour in advance & stood outside in the cold until almost 5pm nobody showed up. I rang the doorbell twice & even tried calling the number & no answer. I'm done with them altogether & I wouldn't suggest them to the devil himself. They are a scam. Then they had the nerve to e-mail me about an rental application & a five dollar fee & if I want the place. Umm really? No I didn't even see it on the inside at all
