Terrible experience! If you want to pay $1200 for an overpriced return to get hit with a HUGE bill from the IRS in a couple months-go with this company. When you call for help from Mr. Conlon himself-hell tell you he already has your money-but in different words.

The worst accounting firm I have every worked with. I paid over $7000 for services and did not get even 60% of the work I paid for. They made multiple mistakes when filing my taxes with different state agencies which incurred penalties on mine and my businesses behalf. In writing they agreed to cover the charges and just days later pulled the funds from my business account WITHOUT my approval. They will state they would use these funds as a credit on my account which at the time of the penalties was already paid in full and they had agreed in email NOT to work on anything in the future as I "did not trust them", "found them to be slippery" and they made me "uncomfortable". I have several other complaints to make which I am working with a legal team to pursue. Under absolutely non circumstance should you work with this firm. If anyone from this firms responds to this review it would be a more direct response than they ever gave when I was a paying customer. Reported to IRS, BBB, and state agencies.

Conlon and Company has saved me so much money on my taxes that my only regret is that I didn't switch over to them sooner!
