Great until they were bought by AdaptHealth. AdaptHealth has multiple business units and their systems do not talk to one another. Their representatives are all clueless and you end up spending hours on the phone with them in order to get anything taken care of. If clueless was a company it would be AdaptHealth.

Somewhat disorganized. I could also hear conversation pertaining to me in the background and didn't appreciate being referred to as ' she is a walk in' and ' I told her that on the phone'. They need to brush up on their professionalism!

The worst experience! The only nice people were the people who delivered the equipment.
