Jag Insulation

Simply put, last winter my house had huge icicles all around, this winter, because of Jag, my house is icicle free. We hired them to spray foam insulation in the entire roof deck in August. Boy am I glad we did that! Didn't know it was going to be such a cold winter. The year prior, we hired them to insulate the rim joist in the basement. Also a wonderful job. If you've ever taken one of those canned foam spray to task, you'd know there's some art to having a beautiful finished look. It takes a professional to have it look as beautiful as they did. The whole process was pleasant. From the manager to the owner to the workers, everybody is reasonable and polite. Price is very fair as well. Highly recommend!!

First and foremost, thank you so much for gettin my attic completed before Thanksgivin! So extremely thankful. Second I want to make sure the gentleman that were workin on my attic get commended for great work. I have a crew of guys I send out on jobs and I know I love to hear when they do the right thing , that they do whats expected of them and that they can build report with customers. So I want to take the time to let you know that the team you sent was a solid crew. Jamie mentioned his name so I recall that name but everyone worked diligently, was respectful treated my home as if it was theirs and were friendly with me as I worked from home today. The clean up was perfect. I will say I am a stickler for everything stayin in its place and rarely does anyone even friends and family put things back how they found it. One gentleman had to remove items off a window area to get chords in the house and I was rather impressed that he remembered exactly where everything was and put it back jus the same. I went downstairs after they left assumin I would have to do that, but it was already taken care of. Its a breath of fresh air to see people willing and wanting to work in these times and have pride in their work. Thank you again! Linda

Ill give JAG Construction a 15 star rating for spray foam insulation: * Knowledge - 5 stars * Professionalism - 5 stars * Customer service - 5 stars After years of raking snow from my roof edges to prevent ice dams, I hired the JAG team to remove layers of batting and loose insulation from my attic crawl space that had been added over many years and to install spray foam to the under side of the roof decking. Not only did my heat and air conditioning units run less often, but I also stopped hearing the patter of little critter feet above the ceiling - and I stopped raking the roof! Eight years later, some evidence of heat escape had begun to show, and the owner, Mike, came promptly to investigate. He sent a worker to re-foam some cracks that had occurred due to some areas of shrinkage of the foam. There was no charge for this. To my pleasant surprise, the insulating foam layer has remained fully intact after having to re-roof the house, including replacement of some roof decking. Mike came out personally, and did a thorough inspection himself, which I appreciated so much! Mike Jagodzinski has a lifetime of experience in all aspects of building construction, and wrote the book - literally! - on the technical and practical aspects of insulation. You wont find a better or more professional company anywhere!

In July 2021 JAG completely corrected a problem which had occurred with foam sprayed in my attic in January 2019. JAG originally spray foamed my attic in January 2019. The job was done very professionally. The attic foam looked fine a week after it was done, so I didn't look at it again until July 2021-- and I noticed large sheets of the foam were separating from the roof deck. I called Mike and he promptly came over and saw the problem. He felt it was due to a bad batch of chemical or excess moisture. Within one month JAG removed all the foam that was peeling off (about 90% of the surface area), and sprayed new foam. JAG painted the foam with intumescent fire retardant paint at no charge. They were extremely professional. You could not find a better foam insulation contractor with Mike and his son. They corrected a problem with the initial foam 2 1/2 years later!
