All of the above. Water leaking in onto a socket that a dryer is plugged into and they dont care. Asked for a tarp twice now and nothing. Say they are coming and dont. Mind you they fixed the roof a year ago and its still leaking. Im not having my house burn down because of their lack of work ethic. Court will be soon. For a new dryer, fence they damaged, window they damaged, siding they damaged, and now a not so new roof. Didnt even tarp off the large hole in the ceiling and left debris and insulation falling into our laundry room. Told us they didnt know when that would be fixed, that it would be awhile. Beware and dont use. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
