We purchased a home in Rochester that some would call a risky investment, having never visited Rochester and making an offer after only a virtual viewing. We also opted to forego the pre-closing inspection before making an offer on the home. Fortunately, we found RGIthanks GOOGLEto conduct our inspection. Richard was incredibly thorough during our walk-through and gave us simple and honest explanations of the good, the bad and the ugly of our new home from top to bottom. He provided us with a detailed assessment within days of his visit. The quote included photos detailing his discussions with us during his inspection. He also included his inspection method, condition of the structure, type of structure and notes specific to what he found as well as recommendations for remedies. We felt so at ease and empowered after his visit. I am so grateful that we went with Richard for our inspection. Payment for service was super simple as well.
