My sump pump store working on a Saturday. After calling several plumbers I wast really thrilled with the service fee because it was a weekend and a emergency. The water was right up to the top. So I was worried our living room it below level. Right off the bat he said he would not charge any service or emergency fee. He was over within the hour. He tried a few things to get to get things to work. But he was . But it has stopped working. He gave me the option for a replacement pump. He said a Liberty was a really good pump. Home Depot was completely out of them. He asked me if it was ok if I went and got the pump and stayed behind with my family and made sure the water wouldnt get any higher. We had a excellent conversation over some coffee. By the time I got back we had the new pump working within like 45 minutes. And he said if I had any problems from when I bought it till two years after the warranty ended he would replace it free. He even cleaned up any mess left behind. Before he left he asked if we had any other issues. Well I had a bed room door that didnt close easy and he fixed that too. He simply thanked for the coffee and our chat. We asked him what the bill was. He was said he was the cup off coffee and the chat we had. But my mom still gave him a $200.00 homedepot gift card. He said we didnt have to because he loves to fix things. But we felt the gift card was nothing compared to the others plumbers quoted me on the phone. So he definitely saved us hundreds of dollar. We ask him about our pool. My mom loves to swim in the summer but with my father always away as a truck driver we didnt open our pool last year and our old pool cover fell off. But the handyman said give me a call in the spring and he would get the pool ready for the summer. He really was a really nice guy. Service: Home maintenance & repairs
