Sealing gutters to prevent drips at corners. Work allegedly done Dec 2. Work is not complete. He automatically took the rest of the money using my credit card that I gave for downpayment. I have called at least 8 times. Answering machine works but no one is returning the calls. His proposal says "two year guarantee on work." He was recommended by a large company that didn't do small jobs - like mine. I notified them right away! I might send a certified letter and think or small claims court.

Ray Joseph is a dumpster of a human being. DO NOT use him, you'll regret it. He's a scam artist and should be locked up.

No stars if that is possible (and it's not). Owner's son came to do gutters. My husband called him to see how the work was going and to say that he was coming to the house to pay him. When he got there, the owner's son was not there. My husband called him and he said, "I don't want your f------*&*^%^%^* money! It was the weirdest thing. My husband then called the owner and the owner said he would call my husband back and never did. Not a good experience. I wish my husband had checked the reviews before scheduling the work. If he had, he would have never hired them. I am so glad he did not pay them upfront. So Crazy!!! These are the kind of people that give contractor's a bad name. THE WORST!!!

Terrible attitude. Simply hang up my phone call after hearing me not being the home owner.
