I feel like I was racially profiled- I called this bank ahead of time which was 3 mins before I got there before it was a walking distance from my location at that moment- I called to make sure if they do foreign exchange and the agent on the phone confirmed it is done which would go straight to my account and be able to withdraw it ASAP. After I arrive the teller informed me they don’t do exchange and she called for her manager to confirm which was a bs- I got f**ked and I literally walked in the rain to get there and now Ive been told something else- this is not fair and they were looking at me crazy like I did wrong- manager told me I called a different bank which isn’t true. I called the number while I was in the bank to confirm and the phone was right next to the teller and she trying to deny she didn’t answer the phone- I didn’t even say a word but they looked mad and crazy - I have never experienced a thing like this- something needs to be done at this branch- I’m highly disappointed and I’m very upset but keeping my cool
