I've lived at Charlotte Harbor town for a year and a half and I really haven't had any issues. I live in a townhouse in the back and it's been pretty uneventful back here in my opinion. The only thing that bothers me is the amount of litter back here. I see the same garbage for months not being picked up but instead blown around. I pretty much stay inside my apartment though so it doesn't bother me that much. Overall I'm happy to be here and don't plan on moving for a very long time.
