Great apartments, but the property manager has zero communication skills! The complex built a mini playground and a dog park, which is cool, but then they started trying to make us PAY EXTRA for the amenities! (Rent is ALREADY way too pricey) ... I don't even have a dog, and my children are too old to even play on the playground. It's for toddlers. There is NOT a "24-Hour Emergency Maintenance crew"... That's a bold face lie (one time my bathroom sinks knob burst off late night/early morning, while I was brushing my teeth and it started flooding my bathroom FAST, I didn't know how to turn the main water line off so I ran over to the maintenance guys apartment and rung his doorbell with a sense of urgency. He ended up coming over to turn the water off but he seemed bothered, and I know he probably was sleeping, but the dude made a comment to me like "man I'm not even getting paid for this right now... lol like huh?)Maintenance takes MONTHS to get around to fixing things that need to be fixed. My bathroom sink is still not fixed since that night last year December 2022

Nothing ever works the ,laundry ,the internet garbage nothing is clean and the laundry rooms
