Little Creek Apartments

Molly and Kathy both have been instrumental in making my move to Little Creek a good experience. Any problems have been addressed with ease and efficiency. Having been here only a short time, I would pass the apartment complex on to anyone who was looking.

This place is the worst place I have ever lived. I was there 5 years at first it was great. The new lady in the office is running it down. It took three months to get a dishwasher and the smell from the old water was so gross. The office lady never checked the rent box we were served papers of eviction bc of it after she looked in we were able to stay just had to pay court fees even though didnt go to court. Than our lease was up we wanted to resign but couldn't and she said they didn't have to say why. Than after finding a place and moving out the serve us papers again for eviction because we didn't pay the last month's rent. Funny thing when we moved in we had to pay first and last months rent. Would never recommend and none of our old neighbors would either. I could go on but I just say please don't go there.

Nice clean apartments, in a convenient location. Walls somewhat thin and neighbors can be loud. Somewhat older appliances but they work just fine. Management can be sometimes tricky to get a hold of during office hours. Snowplowing service is excellent, and it is wonderful that water and heat is included. Apartments are very affordable. No security deposit was required. Would recommend!
