        Worst university apartment and not in a safe area. Youll save more money renting a house with friends or another apartment somewhere else. They charge HUGE move out fees for ridiculous things, prepare to see a bill even if your apartment is left spotless. Upwards of $800! The management office never fixes anything and thermostat doesnt go up past 72 in the winter, so yes youll freeze if ur room has a weird layout. Stay clear.
