While many have said Grimsley is good at what he does and that may be the case, I wouldn't trust him to recommend him on any issue that involves a home insurance company. His thinking and reporting of the issue/diagnosis of my condensing unit to the insurance company was not clear to me and instead of patiently explaining the issue to me, he hangs up the phone on me. I guess I should not be surprised since any HVAC contractor who works for an insurance company is not necessarily watching out for the homeowner and his allegiance would lie with the insurance company.

Glenn has always been there when we needed him. We used him for new installations and or electrical and heating problems.We called many people and noone but Grimsley was able to find and fix our problem. I would give him better than Five star ratting. Donald T
