Contacted Reynolds Heating and Cooling and spoke to Brian Reynolds. My A/C unit needed to be replaced. He sent John out that day to review my options. Brian then made arrangements to have his crew out the very next day to replace my old unit. They showed up on time, were clean and professional. We had our new unit installed in a day so we could sleep comfortably that night. We want to thank Brian and his team for their prompt courteous service. I feel we got a fair price for the A/C unit that was installed and the service we received. I would highly recommend Reynolds Heating and Cooling.

I called Reynolds about water heater problems after they were recommended to us by another contractor we trust. Brian made it clear right away that he values his customers’ time and opinions- we chatted for a while about what the issue might be, and he sent John out to take a look within a few days. What impressed me the most is that Brian prefers to take the time to educate his customers and weigh the options at hand, even going as far as to run some unusual ideas I brought up to his colleagues in the field. At any rate, the work was performed later that week and everything was done neatly and professionally, at a competitive price. These guys passed with flying colors, and I’ll certainly be recommending them as soon as I can. 👍
07/30/20 Update: I continue to be very impressed by Brian and his team. They came in for a seasonal system checkup and discovered something that was affecting our A/C efficiency. The following morning it was back up and running- with noticeably improved performance. Thanks again, guys!!!

Reynolds has been taking care of our furnace for many years. They are very thorough and honest. Brian and Brad are the best. I have and would refer them without any hesitation.
