Very unprofessional and rude will never ever go there again.she couldn't draw blood from my arm,which is hard to understand because I have very good veins ,so instead she went through my hand .now the area is swollen with a lump

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had TWO bad experiences with them. I ended up switching labs because of it. The first time, I ended up with a hematoma because the lab tech ruptured the vein in my arm- my blood pooled on the total opposite side of the elbow from where the blood was drawn! I woke up the next day with a huge bruise and so much swelling that the part where the bone sticks out no longer had a visible bone. not a fun time. The second time, I ended up with a doctor's call the day after the blood test telling me "do not pass go, do not collect 200, go straight to the ER" after my protein levels came up over 6 because it put me at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. So I went to the ER complete with that bill.. and it only came up 3.8! Apparently my other results were very different as well. Needless to say, ended up with a huge ER bill my doctor advised me to switch labs. Don't go here!
