        If I could give zero stars I would. I could not make appointment for today because there was none available. I was ordered to do urine test for employment within 48 hrs. Just a urine sample. Its been over an hr and I am still waiting. I understand I was a walk in but to wait that long to provide a urine sample. Staff was fully aware why I was here.

        Extremely long wait times and consistently behind schedule. It is also a completely de-humanizing experience: You are treated here like a number. The wait time listed on their Check-in screen is misleading: it will tell you will be seen in the next 3 minutes when in fact you are likely to wait 30-45 minutes for a simple blood test. This place is awful. I would rate this place as a ZERO star. Avoid if you can!
