Would NOT recommend. I have had multiple appointments cancelled day of without being notified in a timely manner, have to plan on waiting at least 45 minutes in the waiting room and an additional 20 once brought into an exam room. In hopes to avoid this, my husband attempted to schedule a telehealth visit, in which the provider was over 45 minutes late. After an hour, he disconnected. It wasnt until another hour had passed that they reached out to him. They urge you to utilize the portal, however rarely respond and if they do almost always require you to schedule an in-person appointment. There have been numerous occasions where the providers do not follow up on concerns brought to their attention or send in prescriptions. The receptionists and nurses have been nothing but rude and have extremely poor customer service skills, I have been hung up on at least once. I had scheduled an appointment with the NP due to my primary not having any openings that work for me. They canceled my appointment (the morning of) stating I am unable to see another provider in the office if my primary is in for that day EVEN though I explained the only time she had was not doable for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor for clarification as I have never heard of such a thing. They never reached back out to me. Safe to say, both my husband and I decided that this is the last straw for us. We switched to CommunityCare today.

Not sure you can find a better provider than Kristen Cooke and her nurse, Jen and assistant Sierra. Kristen is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you in order to provide the best care. I am very pleased with this practice.

Ive been going here since I was age 13-15. (Im 32 now do the math). I just waited on hold for 30 minutes to make an appointment with an answering service to find out theyre communicating with the MD office while I sit on hold. The date they offered me didnt work with my schedule, and they offered me a call back from the office to schedule my follow up. (Mind you, my physical has been rescheduled 2x and canceled 1x BY THEM). I was told Id get a call back for the last canceled, and I have yet to hear, so I chose to follow up with this outcome. 10/10 do not recommend. There are many other doctors offices with better communication out there. (Im a fresh grad RN who has been making and taking people with disabilities on doctors appointments for 9 years, all over the capital district).

Its so unacceptable to have an 8 am appointment and they tell you to be there 15 minutes earlier then you dont even see a doctor till after 10 am. Their excuse was we over booked. This is their excuse all the time. It happens way too much. Either get someone who can schedule properly or lose patients. Its unacceptable. I do not and will never recommend this practice.

Rude receptionist, Long waits, unorganized. No option when calling other than to speak to the receptionist to cancel or change appointment.
