The main issues are with the Saint Peter's network, not just this office. Scheduling is a nightmare in general. No one answers the phones. Messages on the MyChart platform go unanswered or are intensely snarky and dismissive. They will not work with your insurance company to resolve issues - a medical procedure was denied to me stating that I didn't meet the minimum criteria when I more than met the minimum. This office did nothing to assist or refute the denial with the agency. You are numbers and sheep to them, not human beings.

There is a reason the reviews are so low here; doctors come and go without notice. Anyone not at the front desk is beyond rude and it takes ages to get an appointment.

I filed a formal complaint today with CDPHP. I have been a patient for over 30 years. Robert Zinzow. Sad to see how poorly the place is run. The complete lack of patient care is overwhelming. Was told yesterday I could not make an appointment for today. I asked to,speak to a supervisor. After holding another 10 minutes was told I could make an appointment between 7:00 a.m. and 8:30. I chose 8:30. Was told the door was supposed to be clearly marked on the rear of the building,it wasnt. Went inside waited in the line went to window number 4 she had no clue about my appointment. That was fine she eventually found me and said my appointment was for 9:30. I have zero I repeat zero confidence in this place. Computers dont make mistakes people do. Looking for a dr.

I had been coming here for a few years; and after my visit a few weeks ago I will not be coming back. My doctor left the practice and I was set up with Tanner Boes who has the manners of someone whos not had a lot of interaction with humans. Rude, cut me off constantly and accused me of med shoppingfor meds this practice had been prescribing for 3+ years. When I told him I had no interest in peeing in a cup or having anyone go up my rear(he was very insistent to the point of being creepy about me having a colonoscopy) he abruptly cut off all my medications, dismissed himself and wrote follow up notes that were not at all true to our [thankfully] very short visit. Luckily my local urgent care helped me out and filled my prescriptions but not everyone else might have had the same luck. Unless St Peters wants a lawsuit they might want to sack this waste of a med school education. Im not a Dr but Im guessing a sleep prescription, anti depressant and pain management shouldnt be cut off when taken for 3 years.
